What a relief. Good to know that our congress has the immense courage it must have taken to still allow us to choose our light bulbs in a free country. Maybe next Christmas, they will stop regulating how much water our toilets can use. I'll not hold my breath!

They can do the stupid stuff, but the important hard choices never get addressed properly or resolved. Do nothing Congress if you ask me.
